Copy of First Wedding of 2019: Santiago + Giovanna -- Edmonton Wedding Photographer

Giovanna and Santiago had an amazing wedding day on April 20, 2019. Located at the gorgeous and trendy new venue in the heart of Oliver, Edmonton: The Foundry Room.
They were surrounded by close friends and family who had travelled from Florida and Columbia. It was amazing to see the support and love from their family who had travelled so far. They even streamed the ceremony live to those in Columbia who couldn’t make it!

Some fun moments with the whole gang before we headed off for Formal Photos offsite. I loved this group!

The Family Portraits inside the Foundry Room always look amazing in that afternoon light. What a stunning family!

We moved offsite for the Formal Photos, first to the Government House in the heart of Old Glenora Edmonton. I love this space as an outdoor option in Edmonton for a few reasons: it is somewhat secluded from a lot of public traffic, the central location is easy to reach, and the different buildings combined with the green space offer a variety of looks for photos. Even in April, without the lush greens, it offers many different backgrounds. Next, just the bride and groom (and our maid of honour on dress assistant duty) moved on to the new Walterdale Bridge. This is another gem in our city…I love how Edmonton’s skyline is evolving and modernizing. The new bridge adds such a unique structural look to the background. But of course, you still can’t help but be taken back by the newlyweds beauty!

On to the evening…An amazing celebration with family, friends, food and a live latin band!
