So I went a wee bit out of my comfort zone…taking part in the inaugural run of The Wedding Edit, held at the Foundry in the Fort. It was a new type of wedding show in Edmonton, to highlight vendors in action during a live wedding experience. I was able to present to couples as a photography vendor and chat with them about what a typical wedding day may look like for them from a photography standpoint. It was a fun (and nerve-wracking) experience for sure as I’m not sure when I’ve talked in front of crowds that large (if ever)!
Before the actual wedding show, which showcased so many amazing vendors, I was able to photograph the couple and wedding party. Real-life couple Linda and Mike were renewing their vows, with their original bridal party as part of the show. How fun is that!? Linda writes an amazing blog, you should check out! So much talent involved in this day!
And without further ado…Here are some moments from the day!
When your couple needs to do a TIK TOK in between photos.
Thank you to all vendors involved, who put in so much work to make this a beautiful and unique event!
